The Heart of America Boxer Club will hold our 2008 Specialty and Sweepstakes Shows on Friday August 15, 2008 and Saturday, August 16, 2008 in conjunction with the Manhattan and Topeka KS Kennel Club all breed shows in Topeka, KS. The sweepstakes will be judged by Ms Shelli McGregor on Friday and by Ms Joyce Campbell on Saturday. The specialty will by judged by Mrs Patricia "Pat" Hastings on Friday and Lee Brown on Saturday. Don't miss this opportunity for 4 sets of points in 4 days at this excellent show cluster and facility.
The Club will host a hospitality room for all boxer exhibitors, handlers and fanciers featuring food and beverage on Saturday evening August 16, 2008 at the show site hotel. The club will once again be offering it's popular fundraiser - the 50/50 cash raffle. Tickets are $5 each or buy 4 tickets and get 1 free ($20 total). This annual event helps support our club's efforts, and last year's prize was over $750. Tickets are available by contacting any HOABC club member, or by sending your check payable to HOABC no later than August 6th to Thomas Latta, 24094 Highway AA, Corder MO 64021.
If you would be interested in supporting our club by placing an advertisement in the HOABC specialty show catalog, the cost is $50 for a full page w/photo, $30 for a half page (no photo) and $25 for a business card ad. All ad forms, photos, business cards and monies payable to HOABC should be received by Thomas Latta, 24094 Highway AA, Corder, MO 64021 no later than Monday, July 16, 2006 (photos will be returned to you at the show).
