Regional - Hospitality & Dinner
If you enjoy sharing food and drink in a casual and fun atmosphere with fellow Boxer enthusiasts, the "Land of Oz" Regional event will not disappoint, from the event themed "Meet & Greet" on arrival early Thursday evening to the hospitality suites scheduled for Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings (open to all Boxer enthusiasts).
Then at 6:00 PM on Sunday, September 5, 2010, we invite members and non-members alike to join us in the Emerald Ballroom for cocktails (cash bar), excellent cuisine and magical entertainment by...........

American Boxer Club - Annual Regional Dinner
Plated Dinner @ $35/person (open seating)
Choices include:
- Santa Fe Chicken.....grilled breast of chicken with a chipotle cream sauce, served with rice pilaf, asparagus, salad with choice of dressings, rolls and butter.
- Smoked Pork Chops.....two 5 oz smoked pork chops with a maple cream sauce, served with scalloped potatoes, green beans, salad with a choice of dressings, rolls and butter.
- Eggplant Parmesan.....breaded eggplant topped w/mozzarella cheese & marinara on a bed of linguini, served with asparagus, salad with a choice of dressings, rolls and butter.
Dessert will be alternated settings of Triple Chocolate Tiger Cake and Lemon Cream Cake. Complimentary beverage service will include regular or decaffeinated coffee, hot tea, iced tea and water.
