Regional - RV/Overnight Parking
RV & Overnight Parking (NO ELECTRIC) For the Event: $120
RV and Overnight Parking immediately adjacent to the show venue will be available by reservation only from 10AM on Thursday, September 2, 2010 through 6PM on Monday, September 6, 2010. All parking will be in designated areas, determined by the Host Club and the hotel/parking staff and will be assigned upon your arrival.There will be space for ex-pens next to each designated parking space. All exercise pens must have wood chips, sawdust or mats.
Potable water will be made available on Saturday via a water hose – fees & times to be announced. Septic dumping service will be available at the adjoining Kansas Expocentre. Generators should be hosed away from all adjacent vehicles. All fire lanes and aisle ways must be left open for the free flow of traffic. There will be no support vehicles in the RV parking area.
Reservation deadline is August 31, 2010 and space is limited. No cancellations, refunds, changes or transfers will be permitted after this date.

All parking is at your own risk, and neither the ABC, CVBC, MVBC, HOABC nor the Capitol Plaza Hotel will assume any responsibility for fire, theft, loss or damage to the vehicle(s) or contents thereof. Overnight parking is a privilege extended by the above clubs and the Capitol Plaza Hotel & Manor Conference Center, and they reserve the right to withdraw this privilege from any person who cannot abide by the rules and instructions of our Parking Crew or who resorts to abusive language and/or other tactics. Any altercations or misconduct on the show grounds will be cause to forfeit all parking privileges at this series of shows without refund of fees and may subject the offender to disciplinary action by the Bench Show Committee.
NOTE: RV Parking with electricity may also be available at the adjoining Kansas Expocentre facilities, located about 1000-1250 feet south of the show facility - contact the KS Expocentre at (785) 235.1986 for more information on availability.
